Documents are prepared based on your instructions and provided to you in a completed, ready-to-sign format. Filing and submission remain your responsibility.

Are Documents Customized?

Each document is tailored using specific facts provided during intake. No legal interpretation is made.

Can I Use These Documents in a Hearing?

Yes! All documents are formatted to meet LTB standards and expectations. Document use and evidentiary strength depend on your execution and/or representation at the hearing. Our services do not guarantee any outcome at your hearing.

Are your Documents Compliant with Applicable Regulations?
